Session Rescheduling / Cancellation

Your session fee guarantees our time and preparation, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, we appreciate as much notice as possible.  Rescheduling a “no-show” will incur a $25 re-booking fee.

Military Discount

We offer a 10% discount (up to $100) to active-duty and retired military with a valid ID. This discount must be requested at the time of purchase, and is not retroactive.

Administrative Fees

Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed an additional $25 charge. At our discretion, we may charge an administrative fee to cover the cost of collection for seriously delinquent accounts.

Use of Your Images

We reserve the right to use images from your session for our own marketing, advertising, display and other purposes.


Unless otherwise posted, we retain the copyright for all images displayed on this website and other social media. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Unauthorized Use

Reproduction or the commercial use of the images we produce, unless specifically authorized, is prohibited. If we discover an image has been used without permission, we will invoice the client the industry standard rate of three times the current price. If legal action is necessary or if the use was commercial in nature (used in such a way as to bring money to the client directly from the use of the image), we will invoice the client at ten times the current price, plus ten percent of all money resulting from the direct use of the image.

We are generally lenient or charge a reasonable price for use of the images, as long as we are notified in advance.

Our Policy Regarding Renting Gear to Other Photographers

From time to time, our gear may be available for rental. If you’d like to use some of our props, clothing or equipment, you must be able to provide:

  • A copy of your business license and sales tax certificate.
  • A deposit equal to the replacement value of the item(s) being rented.
  • A rental fee of $40 (for four hours) or $100 (for each day) for each item or group of items.

These requirements may be waived at our discretion to professional photographers who already have an established working relationship with PWP.
