In my own personal opinion, editing photos is not cheating. I love to take a lot of night shots that require long exposures. Sometimes i have to increase my ISO to lessen the time of exposure due to factors like high wind or rain. The down side is with high ISO is the noise and with lightroom i can lessen or even eliminate all that noise. The lighting and composition of the photo is beautiful but to much noise. So is that cheating? I dont think so. Or how about a landscape photo with the sunset in the background. I set up my camera make sure composition is good. The image is sharp. I expose my shot so the colors of the sunset "pop". The end result, the sunset colors are nice but the foreground is completely underexposed. I dont have the budget to buy proper lighting equipment to make the shot perfect. But i have lightroom to substitute those lights i cant afford to fix the lighting problem. I dont think thats cheating.

REALLY ENJOYED YOUR REVIEW & checked out the site before responding or noticing the additional posts. I am still shopping but took this option off the list rather quickly, it violates rule #1 for me..... no recurring expenses. At $40/month it is actually higher than the most expensive program because you never stop paying for it.

I am taking your advise to shop until you drop & fall in love or much like with something.

Thanks again for the post, very good info!!
